Gilded Coffee Company began in June 2025 with a coffee cart, a dream, and a lot of faith.
What started as serving lattes from a small trailer at weddings and local events quickly became something so much bigger. Along the way, we met incredible people, celebrated life's sweetest moments, and found ourselves falling in love with the community that welcomed us with open arms.
One year later, that little dream found a home.
On June 20, 2026, we opened the doors to our coffee shop in the heart of Burgaw. More than just a coffee shop, we hope this is a place where friendships are formed, stories are shared, and everyone feels welcome.
While we've put down roots, our coffee cart is still available for weddings, private events, and celebrations….because bringing people together will always be at the heart of what we do.

Why Gilded Coffee?
When it came time to name our company, we kept coming back to the same moment, the first pour of a perfect espresso shot. There's a richness that rises to the top, a golden, velvety cream known as the “crema”.
To us, that golden layer represents everything we love about coffee: craftsmanship, beauty, and the little everyday luxuries that make life special. It reminded us of something “gilded” something carefully crafted, timeless, and full of warmth.
Gilded Coffee is our tribute to that magic. It’s a celebration of the golden moments shared over a beautiful cup whether it’s at our coffee shop here in Burgaw, NC or an elegant wedding……or wherever your story is unfolding.

Hello! We’re Sarra and Brandon, the founders of Gilded Coffee Company.
Gilded Coffee was born from our love for timeless beauty, meaningful connection, and of course really great coffee. Inspired by the charm of European cafés and the spirit of gathering, we dreamed of creating something more than just a coffee service, we wanted to build an experience.
With our vintage European coffee trailer and our sweet little coffee shop we bring a touch of old-world elegance to our coffee shop here in Burgaw, weddings, private parties, and special events. Every detail, from the espresso to the atmosphere, is thoughtfully designed to make your moments feel elevated, warm, and unforgettable.
With Sarra’s creative background and Brandon’s entrepreneurial drive, Gilded Coffee is a true labor of love. Together, we’re passionate about serving our community, building relationships, and making every event feel just a little more magical.
